Byron Lambrechs is the founder and driving force behind Alpha Pave, a trusted paving company serving Cape Town and, more recently, Johannesburg. With over a decade of hands-on experience in the paving and construction industry, Byron has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality workmanship, dependable service, and professional project management.

His expertise spans residential, commercial, industrial and specialised paving projects, including driveways, patios, pool surrounds, walkways, and large-scale installations. Byron is known for his attention to detail, practical advice, and ability to guide clients in selecting the right materials and finishes to suit both aesthetic and functional needs.

Luiz Griffiths manages Alpha Pave’s Johannesburg operations, ensuring every project meets the company’s high standards. With approximately 15 years of experience in the construction industry, he brings strong site management skills, practical expertise, and a solutions-focused approach.

Luiz oversees project coordination, site teams, and timelines, ensuring clients receive a professional and efficient service from start to finish. His commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction helps maintain Alpha Pave’s reputation for reliability and excellence in Johannesburg.
